Please note that this is a USA model, there is no local warranty for this unit. Based on past experiences, the unit does not have problem if it is properly taken care of, thus no warranty is required. However, if the pump is not working properly, you can approach Medela Service Centre for a repair at a particular cost. For your information, the same unit that has longer warranty is available at retail centre at RM2300. This unit is a brand new in its original box, with original Medela sealed intact. The voltage power is compatible with Malaysia power which is 240Volt. Therefore no special adaptor is required, but it needs a simple two pin to three pin adaptor.
